My husband and I got married 2 years ago and did not have a wedding. We married in October of 2006, I dont know what are the ins and outs of having a wedding if you are already married?
I would like to have lots of pumpkins, mums, haybales, corn, etc.... really really fall looking lots of oranges and browns. Please Help
Hi Cynthia
I think having your wedding reception later is a lovely idea, it shows the commitment you have to each other.
Your 2nd anniversary is also celebrated with straw and so having the hay bales definately fits!
Some couples renew their vows and then have the reception after, this way you can have the wedding that you always dreamed of. Or you could have it as an Anniversary Party.
Having such a lovely fall theme will fit perfectly with the invitations and is a great way to theme your reception room. If you can organise it now find lots of friends that can grow the pumpkins and squashes for your decorations, buy the seeds and give them instructions on when to plant them. If you send your invites out early enough you could have them as part of your invitation!
The colors of fall make it my favorite season, burnt oranges, deep reds and chocolate browns and golds all look gorgeous.
Good luck with your plans and let us know how you get on.
